Three Themes of Interviews

During my all-state job search, the following areas were the most frequently targeted during interview questions:

1. Balanced Literacy
2. Parent Involvement/Inclusion
3. Classroom Management

I am now teaching at a 5th grade school in downtown San José. The following three areas are my top concerns as a new teacher:

1. Classroom Management
2. Parent Involvement/Inclusion
3. Literacy (Writing)
